Stack Stone & Marble is a marble and granite custom fabrication and installation company in Buckhead, Georgia run successfully without online marketing for forty years until it was sold to new ownership. Then, the new owners determined to sponsor a project to complete a digital marketing solution for the company.
As Project Manager, I defined the high-level scope of the project, with the objective as the completion of a competitive market analysis and the completion of a digital marketing solution which would position the company in a competitive position within that target market.
The project included deliverables such as an online audit, a competitive market analysis, creation of identity branding, apparel branding, promotional products, business collateral, a website design, a multi-platform social media campaign, and data-driven lead generation and sales functions. The project was delivered successfully.
